We offer a wide variety of on-site operator training courses for heavy equipment certification across Western Canada, including our Train the Trainer programs.

Chase Operator Training Ltd. is a fully mobile safety training company where we come to your site to train your employees. They will learn new skills on your equipment. This is the equipment that they are comfortable with and will be using for you in the future.

CERTIFICATION

• We provide full certification in both Safety and Competency Training.
• Our courses cover all Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

 

TRAIN THE TRAINER

We also offer our custom Train the Trainer programs, giving you the ability to train your own employees. Includes an Instructor Kit with all the materials and course content you need to be an effective trainer and manage your own training needs.

 

COURSE CONTENT

The courses for each piece of equipment break down the machine specifics and include hands-on time in the machines. Our courses also contain safety videos, classroom discussion and review, along with a final written exam.

In addition to learning specific information for each type of machine, our courses cover various topics such as:

After the training period is over, students are given a practical exam and a skills assessment where they will demonstrate what they have learned both in the classroom and working on the machines.

Operators will be rewarded with a Certificate upon successful completion of each course.

• We use hands-on activities to practice for real-life situations that will be encountered on the job.
• We teach our students to be creative and think ahead about what they are trying to accomplish and where they want the material to go.
• We also focus on basic workplace skills so our graduates will be ready to enter the work force.
